Davis, the proud owner of Balance Skin + Wellness Advanced Aesthetics and founder of Those Dope Chicks, PBC, a public benefit corporation committed to empowering communities through beauty, wellness, and purpose-driven initiatives. With over 12 years of experience as a licensed aesthetician, I specialize in advanced skincare treatments and laser operations, all while fostering connections that transcend the treatment room. My journey in esthetics has been both unexpected and incredibly fulfilling, allowing me to blend my passion for beauty with my dedication to empowering others, particularly within the Communities of Melanin.

Through Those Dope Chicks, PBC, I strive to create opportunities that uplift women, celebrate diversity, and champion inclusivity in the beauty and wellness industry. As the parent company of Balance Skin + Wellness, it enables me to weave empowerment and purpose into every service we provide. Whether it’s advocating for better representation in esthetics or supporting local initiatives, I believe that true beauty is rooted in authenticity and community.

At Balance Skin + Wellness, our work is an extension of this mission. Every service, from melanin-inclusive skincare to advanced aesthetic treatments, is delivered with a focus on helping clients feel seen, celebrated, and confident in their skin.

Professional Journey

I earned dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Sociology and Mass Communications from Lamar University (#GOLU!) and post-graduate education in Business administration. After graduation, I was encouraged to “Dream Bigger” regarding my life goals, which I actively pursue.

It wasn't until I administered my very first facial that I discovered my true calling in esthetics. This revelation inspired me to establish Balance Skin + Wellness Advanced Aesthetics, where I could share the joy and transformative power of self-care with others. As an Aveda-trained professional, I continuously strive to stay at the forefront of the esthetic industry by incorporating the latest technologies and skincare advancements. I am certified as a Master Neurotoxin Injector, Phlebotomist, and Medical Assistant, ensuring that my clients receive the highest standard of care. My goal is to help clients achieve the best skin of their lives, boosting their confidence and enhancing their natural beauty.
