Welcome to Balance, where your skin isn’t just seen—it’s celebrated. I’m Rashonda, the face and force behind Balance Skin + Wellness. I’m a results-obsessed skin therapist, a community-builder, and now—a practice consultant helping other beauty and wellness professionals build businesses with purpose.
Before I stepped into the treatment room, I was producing stories in syndicated radio, coaching creatives, and walking red carpets. But the story I needed to tell most was mine. That’s when Balance was born—first in a 130-square-foot room with borrowed equipment, and now as a thriving 2200-square-foot medspa and social purpose corporation.
Whether I’m treating acne and hyperpigmentation or advising on business structure and compliance, everything I do is rooted in education, empowerment, and legacy.

My journey in medical aesthetics began with my own search for effective skincare solutions. As a 40-something woman, I understand what it feels like to want real results in a space that feels safe, personal, and affirming. That’s the kind of environment I’ve built here at Balance.
With over a decade of experience as a Senior Laser Operator and Medical Aesthetician, I’ve curated a menu of medically supervised treatments that blend the best of science and soul. From customized peels and anti-aging therapies to skin-corrective facials and wellness injections, every treatment is tailored to meet your unique skin story—because no two complexions are alike.
At Balance Skin + Wellness Advanced Aesthetics, I believe your skin reflects your whole wellness picture. That’s why we treat the inside and out—with intention, education, and results-driven care you can trust.
